Terms of Service

1 · Agreement

By using this website, our community site, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the products.

2 · Your license

  • When you buy one of our digital products you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single user (plus the family profiles built into the tool, on your own devices).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, publicly post, sublicense, or teach commercial courses from the files. Each purchase covers one customer.
  • You keep your downloaded copy forever — the license does not expire and there is no subscription.

3 · Ownership

All products, content, code, design, and branding remain the property of The Paycheck Method and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a license to use it — not ownership of the material itself.

4 · Educational purpose only — not advice

  • Everything we publish and sell is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or credit-repair advice, and buying or using it does not create any advisor–client or fiduciary relationship.
  • We are not a credit repair organization or a credit services organization. We do not review credit reports, dispute items, contact credit bureaus or creditors, or promise or imply any change to any credit score.
  • You can dispute inaccurate information on your own credit report yourself, for free, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Before making financial decisions, consider consulting a qualified, licensed professional who knows your situation.

5 · No guarantee of results

Credit scores, savings outcomes, and other financial results depend on facts unique to you and on decisions made by lenders and credit bureaus. We make no promise that you will reach any particular score (including 820), savings amount, or outcome. Examples and testimonials are illustrative only and are not typical or guaranteed.

6 · Purchases & refunds

  • Purchases are processed by our store provider (Payhip) and its payment processors. Prices are shown at checkout.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which currently offers a 14-day guarantee on digital products.
  • If you are in the EU or UK: by purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins.

7 · Warranty disclaimer

THE PRODUCTS, WEBSITE, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LAWS AND SCORING MODELS CHANGE; WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS ERROR-FREE OR CURRENT.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the products or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for your financial decisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9 · Termination & anti-piracy

Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing the files). We reserve all rights, including takedown requests under the DMCA, against unauthorized copies of our products.

10 · Disputes, arbitration & class-action waiver

  • Most concerns can be solved fast — email us first at [email protected] and give us 30 days to make it right.
  • If we cannot resolve it informally, you and The Paycheck Method agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or, at your choice, in small-claims court. The seat of arbitration is Texas, USA, and this agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
  • CLASS-ACTION WAIVER: disputes will be brought only on an individual basis — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
  • You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase; opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the products and site.

12 · Changes

If these Terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Meaningful changes will be noted on the main page. Continuing to use the site or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
